Heuristic
Evaluation:
Reviewed the existing site to surface inconsistencies in visual design and user
experience.
Design Audit:
Audited interface components and interaction patterns across
platforms.
Prototyping:
Built interactive prototypes to demonstrate the new design
system in action.
Testing:
Planned real-world user testing to gather feedback for
iterative improvements.

Outcomes
The result is a
design system with clear guidelines for brand identity, web applications, and interface components —
plus interface demonstrations showing the guidelines in practice. Together, they give developers and
designers a shared reference for a cohesive experience across the Singtel ecosystem.
